Over 35 years experience in alternative practices, providing readings and healing. As well as 35 years of meditation experience from the Spiritualist Church, Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta and in the understanding Chakras.

It was at 26 years old a powerful shift in Kundalini took me deeper within and opened spiritual doorways. I moved towards Buddhism. after I had been practicing Clairvoyance and meditation for 6 years with the Spiritualist Church.

In moving to Buddhism knowledge and experience with meditation deepened through study and practice. In 2008 a friend introduced me to Advaita Vedanta, I have to say talk about having your psychic centers opened. This cultivated my understanding, really aiding the opening of self-awareness.
